What is needed for a session?

✓ Visualization

For your journey to be successful, it is helpful if you are able to visualize images. For example, imagine walking along a gentle forest path. Sunlight filters through the trees, creating golden patches on the ground. As you follow the path, you come to a small clearing with a calm pool of water. Look into the water - what do you see reflected there? Let your imagination guide the scene.?

Don’t worry if you find it difficult to visualize. You may have other ways of perceiving information (modalities) - such as through hearing, bodily sensations, or feelings. These abilities also help you to receive and convey information during the session, even if visualization is not your strongest skill.

✓ Enjoy the experience and let go of control.

Let go of control and make peace with your conscious mind. Try not to analyze, filter, or doubt the information that arises during the session. Your Higher Self genuinely wants to help you - both as a soul and as a physical being - It will never show you something you can not handle.

You are always in charge!

✓ Prepare a list of questions

Your list of questions is very important, because what you want to find out will guide where the session takes you. Not always it will be a past life - sometimes it may involve early periods of your current life, or even the future, if your Higher Self finds it necessary.

Your questions can relate to health, relationships, work, finances, the mission and purpose of this incarnation, dreams, unusual events in your life, or even the health of loved ones.

Session will:

✓ Lasts 4–5 hours (including the session itself, plus pre- and post-session interviews)
✓ One session is usually enough to receive answers to your questions and experience healing from your Higher Self
✓ Takes place only in person
✓ Is strictly confidential
✓ Is recorded on a digital dictaphone, since much of the information received during the session may be forgotten or distorted by the conscious mind afterward
✓ Can be performed with your “substitute” (a close person) in the following cases:
· You are currently using, or have used in the last 3 weeks, narcotic or psychotropic substances (including antidepressants) or any substances that affect mental clarity
· You are under the age of 16
· Your emotional state is strongly affected by recent grief, divorce, loss, or bereavement (within the last 6 months)
· You have been diagnosed with a mental illness that requires treatment and monitoring by a specialist (psychiatrist, psychotherapist, etc.), and you are currently under their care

After a QHHT® Session

✓ Listening to the audio recording of the session
I strongly recommend listening to the audio recording more than once. Each time you listen, you may discover new information or gain fresh insights about different issues.
Listening to the recording is an important part of the healing process. The audio will be provided to you within 24 hours after the end of the session.

✓ Mental statements
It is possible that some time after the session, your mind may start saying things like: “I made all this up,” “It was just my imagination,” or “This has nothing to do with me.” This is a normal reaction from the conscious mind — the rational part of you.
Listening to the recording will help quiet these doubts, as it reactivates the information received during the session.

✓ Noticing the changes taking place
Changes in your life usually begin at the energetic level, which means they may not be immediately noticeable to your conscious mind — the part that often doubts and impatiently looks for proof. These changes often happen so subtly that neither the conscious mind nor the physical body registers them right away.

After some time, however, you may notice things like:

  • A toxic or unpleasant person no longer contacts you

  • A new and unexpected opportunity to earn money arises

  • Situations that once caused you stress or anxiety no longer affect you

Simply observe these changes without creating expectations about the results. Everything unfolds in its own time.
