Preparing for Your QHHT Session
The most meaningful sessions often happen when you allow the experience to unfold naturally. Try not to place expectations on what should happen.
Your subconscious will guide the experience in the way that is most helpful for you.
Come with an Open Mind
To help your mind relax more easily:
• avoid alcohol the evening before
• avoid recreational drugs
• limit caffeine on the day of your session
Avoid Stimulants
Get a Good Night’s Sleep
Being well rested helps you stay relaxed and present during the session.
Plan a Quiet Evening Afterwards
Some people feel energized after a session, while others feel slightly tired or reflective.
It can be helpful to keep the rest of your day calm and relaxed.
Before the session, I encourage you to prepare a list of questions you would like to ask your Higher Self.
These questions may relate to areas such as:
• life direction
• relationships
• health and wellbeing
• emotional patterns
• personal growth
• spiritual understanding
Many clients bring 10–20 questions to the session.
Prepare Your Questions
You will spend part of the session lying comfortably with your eyes closed. Wearing comfortable clothing will help you relax more deeply.

Listen to Your Session Recording
After your session you will receive an audio recording of the hypnosis.
Listening to it again in the following days often helps deepen the insights and understanding from your session.
