Yes - QHHT is completely safe when facilitated by a trained practitioner. You are always in control, and your Higher Self will only share what is appropriate for you at that time. The experience is one of deep love, self-discovery, and empowerment.

No - you are never asleep or under anyone’s control. You’re deeply relaxed but aware. You can talk, move, and remember most of your session. You are always safe and in charge of your experience.

Everyone can experience hypnosis because it’s a natural state of mind - we all enter it every day when daydreaming or just before sleep. Your practitioner will guide you gently, helping you relax and trust the process. The key is openness, not “trying” too hard.

It feels like that dreamy space between waking and sleep - very peaceful, calm, and natural. You might feel like you’re daydreaming, watching scenes unfold in your mind’s eye, or simply hearing thoughts and feelings more clearly.

That’s perfectly okay - you don’t have to believe in past lives for QHHT to work. The experience is about exploring the deeper layers of your own consciousness. Some people view what comes up as symbolic stories, memories, or metaphors created by the mind to help them understand themselves better. Others feel they are genuine past life memories. Either way, the insights and healing that come through are meaningful and can create powerful positive change. QHHT meets you exactly where you are in your beliefs and comfort level - there’s no right or wrong way to experience it.

Bring an open mind, curiosity, and a list of questions you’d like answered. Avoid alcohol or heavy food before your session, and allow time afterward to rest or reflect. It’s best not to rush your day give yourself space to integrate the experience.

A session usually begins with a friendly chat about your life, goals, and questions. Then, you’ll be gently guided into a deep, relaxed state (a safe level of hypnosis similar to daydreaming). During this time, you may access meaningful memories, insights, or answers from your Higher Self. Afterward, we discuss what you experienced and record your session so you can revisit it later.

Many clients experience QHHT as a deeply healing modality. During a session, you enter a relaxed state where the Subconscious (or Higher Self) can be accessed. This part of you often understands the root cause of physical discomfort, emotional patterns, or stress.

While QHHT is not a medical treatment, clients often report:

• Relief from long-held emotional tension

• Clarity around life challenges or repeating patterns

• A sense of calm, grounding, and reconnection

• Insights that support physical or emotional well-being

The healing that occurs varies for each person, but the intention of QHHT is always to bring understanding, release, and support your body and mind’s natural ability to heal.

For most people, one session is all that’s needed, as QHHT is designed to provide deep insight and transformation in a single experience. Some people choose to return months or years later for further exploration as they evolve.
