  • No — you are never asleep or under anyone’s control. You’re deeply relaxed but aware. You can talk, move, and remember most of your session. You are always safe and in charge of your experience.

  • Everyone can experience hypnosis because it’s a natural state of mind — we all enter it every day when daydreaming or just before sleep. Your practitioner will guide you gently, helping you relax and trust the process. The key is openness, not “trying” too hard.

  • It feels like that dreamy space between waking and sleep — very peaceful, calm, and natural. You might feel like you’re daydreaming, watching scenes unfold in your mind’s eye, or simply hearing thoughts and feelings more clearly.

  • That’s perfectly okay — you don’t have to believe in past lives for QHHT to work. The experience is about exploring the deeper layers of your own consciousness.
